NAME? // Yasin Valimulla.

YOUR FIRST JOB? // Countrywide Estate Agency UK.

YOUR CURRENT OCCUPATION? // Associate Partner Keller Williams Realty and CEO of ManCave UAE.

BEST THING ABOUT YOUR OCCUPATION? // The different types of clients you meet who you would not normally come across on a daily basis.

WHICH SALE HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE? // Signature Villa Deal on the Palm for 34.5m AED

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START IN REAL ESTATE AND ANY CHALLENGES ALONG THE WAY? // I lived in Spain (Malaga and Marbella) for 18 months whilst at University and saw the real estate market in Marbella in early 2000’s that gave me an insight in the world of real estate.

YOU USE INSTAGRAM AS A TOOL TO SELL, TELL US HOW THAT STARTED? // With more and more people using social media as a platform for information, It was only natural to start an Instagram page showing both my personal and work life.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE SOMEONE STARTING OUT IN REAL ESTATE? // To join a company that offers constant training throughout your career, I have the perfect fit with the brand I represent Keller Williams.

HOW DID THE MR PALM JUMEIRAH NAME COME ABOUT? // I was referred to by a number of my clients as Mr Pal Jumeirah with my Pal m Jumeirah Knowledge and client success stories.

WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON THE REAL ESTATE SCENE IN THE UAE? // It’s a very volatile market but has matured greatly in the past few years, As with anything location is key when purchasing and having a reputable agent you work with who is representing you and not just his potential commission.

WHICH HAS BEEN YOUR FAVOURITE PROPERTY? // A Number of custom built villas on the unique fronds of the Palm Jumeirah, I currently have a few that would not be out of place in places like LA or Miami.

WHERE DO YOU LIVE IN DUBAI? // I live in Greens due to the nature of the area, but will be moving back to the Palm next April, I did previously reside in Fairmont Residences on a the palm for a number of years.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN DUBAI? // Just over 8 years.

REAL ESTATE ASIDE WHAT ARE YOUR OTHER PASSIONS? // I am the CEO of a men’s grooming and accessories company Man Cave UAE. I have always had a passion for men’s fashion and this compliments it nicely. I am a keen Gym goer – 6 times a week, Healthy body equals a healthy mind. Travelling has also been a great passion of mine.

WHERE DO YOU LIKE TO EAT, SHOP, SOCIALIZE IN DUBAI? // I like City Walk and JBR walk for dining options, I shop mostly at MOE with Zara being the most popular choice. I like to socialize at a number of palm venues during the week.

YOUR TAKE ON DUBAI AS A CITY AND ITS RAPID CHANGES? // Forward thinking and still a lot more in the pipeline, I welcome the changes as long as they are managed properly.

WHY SHOULD SOMEONE VISIT DUBAI? // Has best of both worlds with East meets West, modern yet still cultured. Great weather and people from over 190 countries living side by side.

YOUR FAVOURITE AUTOMOTIVE BRAND? // BMW.

YOUR FAVOURITE CLOTHING / FASHION BRAND? // Zara, Tom Ford, Channel, Christian Dior.

YOUR FAVOURITE FURNITURE BRAND? // Marina Home.

WHO IS YOUR ROLE MODEL AND WHY? // Martin Luther King – Striving for positive change and equality.

WHAT IS THE LAST GIFT YOU GAVE SOMEONE? // Perfume to my wife.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE CHILDREN? // Make passion your profession.

YOUR WORST TRAIT? // Keeping in touch with people – lacking massively.

THE WORST TRAIT IN OTHERS THAT GETS YOU MAD? // Unhygienic and selfish people.

WHO WOULD PLAY YOU IN A MOVIE? // Omari Hardwick.

FAVOURITE MUSIC // House Music with soulful / Afro and Latin elements.

FAVOURITE BOOK? // Millionaire Real Estate Agent – Gary Keller.

FAVOURITE DESTINATION? // Barcelona.

HOW DO YOU RELAX? // Going to the gym is a form of mediation for me.

YOUR MESSAGE? // We are living in testing times and thus we should all be about celebrating the similarities in each other rather than concentrating on the differences, we would all get on a lot better.
