HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN DUBAI? // I have been living in Dubai for over 10 years.
WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON DUBAI AS A CITY AND ITS CONSTANT EVOLUTION? // Dubai is a growing city with a diverse multi cultural tolerance of people from different countries. I fit in because of this system.
WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON THE ART SCENE IN DUBAI AND WHICH ARTISTS EXCITE YOU? // Art has become my life and my passion. There a lot of artists that inspire and excite me in their on different type of artworks.
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START PAINTING? // I guess lack of school for the deaf in Dubai.
WHICH OF YOUR PAINTINGS IS YOUR FAVOURITE? // I love portraits, Its very hard to pin point a particular one.
WHEN DID YOU REALISE THE ART WORLD WAS FOR YOU? // After I painted a colourful horse and people praised it, I realised I can do this.
DID YOU STUDY ART ? // Not until I started practice at Mawaheb, then I was mentored by my Art teacher Gulshan and further professional mentorship with the British artist Trevor Waugh.
YOUR FAVOURITE ARTIST? // My favourite artists are Lionel Smit, Casey Baugh, Jerome Larragane and Guy Denning.
YOUR FAVOURITE GALLERY? // I work with Showcase Gallery and Create Hub gallery in Dubai.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE CHILDREN? // Life is a journey, along it you have dreams, dream big but to realise dreams, work hard and do it right or keep trying, never give up on your dreams.
THE WORST TRAIT IN OTHERS THAT GETS YOU MAD? // People who drive crazy on the road.

YOUR MESSAGE? // Life is full of wonders, I never knew I would be an artist, now I am a full time artist, along the way I have created a big art world family and many networks of people across countries who recognise my works or by my name. Having this around me motivates me to engage and be more creative.
