NEW YEAR. NEW YOU! Join Gulf for Good in 2018 and rediscover the city's "Urban Trails" with our energised cycling session!

Our cycling sessions are a fantastic way to rediscover this wonderfully diverse city we all call home!

This week we'll be cycling 45km along the Palm Jumeirah boardwalk. DON'T WORRY if you can't make the full distance at first, set yourself a target ready to go a little bit further next time!

Excellent training for this year's cycling challenges across Vietnam and Cambodia, and Zambia!

WHO CAN ATTEND?
All of our fitness sessions are FREE and open to everyone (over 16 years), even if you haven't signed up for a G4G challenge, just let us know you're coming! A great introduction to who we are and what we do.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
Water (plenty of it!), bike, helmet (no helmet no ride!), t-shirt and shorts, trainers, cycling gloves recommended, sunglasses (to also prevent insects in the eyes), sun cream.

Please note: We LOVE to be able to offer these free training sessions, and are always looking at incorporating more variety/options, but we do ask that if you sign up, you honour that commitment or give us fair notice that you will no longer be attending. Thank you!
