We will host Yoga sessions on September 23, October 7 and 21, November 4 and 18, and December 9 and 16.

We encourage you to restore your mind and the mother-daughter bond. This is a great way to nurture your relationship, balance your bodies and practice Yoga.

Monthly Mom & Daughter Yoga sessions are designed to foster mutual respect, positive communication and trust between moms (or any adult female role model) and daughters as we learn Yoga techniques and have a ton of fun! Activities will vary each session. They involve individual warm up, partner Yoga practices, breathwork and other practical and peaceful ideas to practice at home!

No prior Yoga experience is necessary.

Our Yogi, Carla Julian, will take you through Yoga asanas, Pranayama (breathing exercises) and lots of fun strengthening and coordination sequences in a mindful approach. Each pose can be modified for varying levels of flexibility and strength.
